Often, yes. Common problems like a worn belt, a clogged hose or a brush roll that stopped spinning usually cost far less to fix than a new vacuum. SEBO vacuums are built with fully replaceable parts, so repairs are almost always worth it. We give you a free estimate and our recommendation, and if a repair isn't worth it, we'll tell you.

It depends on the model and what's wrong. Bring it in and we'll give you a free estimate, as long as the motor runs. If it doesn't power on, we require a deposit to assess the problem and give you an accurate estimate. A portion of the deposit goes toward any approved repair. No work starts until you approve it.

Every repair is different, so we can't promise a time frame until we've seen your vacuum. We'll tell you up front if a part has to be ordered and provide you an expected completion date.

Yes. Our factory-trained technicians handle SEBO warranty repairs, maintenance and out-of-warranty service, including SEBO vacuums bought elsewhere. For warranty work on a machine you didn't buy from us, bring proof of purchase.

Remove the brushroll and make sure there is nothing wrapped around the roller. Also look to see if your bristles are worn or are no longer "standing" straight. This could contribute to the warning light coming on.

Check down around the brushroll, check your hose, replace your bag and inspect your filters. If you still have a problem, bring in your SEBO so we can give you a free estimate and help you get your vacuum running properly again.

Yes. We only use original parts, so you know you're getting the same quality as when you bought your SEBO new.
