Free Shipping
Any order placed on our site or called into us will receive free shipping on any qualifying order valued $50 or greater excluding sales tax when applicable to Florida residents.
Please note that any promotions, discounts or coupons used during your purchase will reduce the overall value of your qualifying order. Qualifying orders must reach the $50 minimum after all applicable discounts.
Qualifying orders include all products on our website excluding central vacuum pipe, gallons or those promotional products which are indicated on their product page.
We reserve the right to ship your order by any means via USPS, FedEx, UPS or private courier service. If special shipping instructions or a specific delivery service is required than it is the customers responsibility to notify us prior to the order.
All customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been processed and awaiting pick up. We are not responsible for shipping delays or the care of your package once your package leaves our care.
Same Day Delivery
Free assembly and same day local delivery is available on all new vacuum cleaners priced $399 and up purchased before 3:30p.m within a 15 mile radius of our store location.
Qualifying orders placed before 3:30p.m. will be delivered that day on or before 7:30p.m. It is the customer's responsibility to have an adult present at the time of delivery who is authorized to sign for the package or we will make delivery and text you with an image as proof of delivery.
If the customer or an authorized adult is not home to receive the delivery then a new delivery time will be rescheduled at the recipients own expense.
Vacuum cleaners will be delivered by the service company of our choosing. Customers have the option of having the vacuum cleaner delivered in its original packaging or delivered fully assembled with the option of receiving the empty packaging and its materials. No products will be assembled on site.
Returns
In store purchases can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The original packaging is not required, but the machine must be in like new condition. Any costs associated with the cleaning, removal of odors or cosmetic damage will be deducted from the total being refunded at our discretion. Any machine used for commercial use, used in a manner it was not designed for or one that was used to clean areas with fleas, bed bugs or any other pests along with bodily fluids will not be refunded.
Purchases made on-line through our website or by phone must meet the same standards outlined for in-store purchases in the paragraph above. You must also follow these steps to be eligible for a refund.
- Buyer must contact us within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- After confirming your return meets the criteria above, a return authorization number (RA#) will be issued.
- Returns must be in the original packaging with all owners manuals, packing materials and any coverings (plastic bags, etc.). Failure to do this will result in a refusal of delivery and/ or a 30% deduction from your refund. These products have a higher rate of damage when not shipped with their original materials.
- The RA# must be written on a blank piece of paper and taped to the outside of the packaging.
- You may purchase your own shipping for the return or you can inquire about a return label at the time of your return request.
- We strongly recommend you purchase insurance. Any damages or loss will be your responsibility. Return labels issued by us will include insurance that covers the original purchase amount.
- Once the returned product(s) are received and inspected a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. You will be notified by email once we inspect your return. Orders that shipped free originally to you and any return label issued by us and emailed to you will have those costs deducted from your refund amount.
- Any refunds will be issued within 2-3 business days of your return.
