My wife and I want to thank everyone for continuing to support us through this time.
We are open for business under our new temporary hours, but continue to ship product out 5 days a week. We are adding new products to our website daily to make shopping with us even easier. We've even lowered our minimums on orders that ship free to $35. We successfully sold our first vacuum via FaceTime by doing a demo and answering questions while our customer sat comfortably in her own living room. It was a blast to do and I know she enjoyed it too because we were still able to answer all of questions and concerns. I look forward to doing more video demos as our customers need.
We have partnered with our suppliers to bring in hospital grade, ready-to-use disinfectants in the next week, have a shipment of antibacterial soap arriving today and are in negotiations to be able to supply you with hand sanitizer as quickly as possible. We know how difficult it is to pick up some of these essential items ourselves. So we will be sending out emails as these products come available in case you need them too.
We are doing everything we can to still provide you with the same level of products and services customers have depending on since my Dad started back in 1968. My hope is that we all stay connected during this time of temporary distancing. I've never been a fan of social media or certain technologies, but am grateful for those who have created such platforms that allow us to still connect in a way that wasn't possible 20 years ago.
